Yes, she is playing for Hamburg! This photo was taken at a tournament in Cologne, Germany last weekend.
Most of the support group have returned home this week, after extended holidays in Europe after the gold medal game.
Bridie, however, had a brief sojourn at home in Brisbane before taking off to play basketball in Germany for six months, in response to a gracious invitation from the German coach!
Hopefully she will get learn a bit about their game whilst she is there, so we will get some tips on clinching the gold from them in Rio in 2016!
Thanks to all our/her supporters and your fantastic enthusiasm over the past weeks.
It has been an amazing journey for all of us. The Paralympics are such a celebration of the triumph of the human spirit over adversity. We had an amazing time, never to be forgotten.
Until 2016..... So long.

Rollers looking good for Gold!
Could this be the Australian double?
The picture tells the story
Where do I start?
The US and Gliders were pretty much goal for goal for most of the game.
At three quarter time, we were (admittedly) a little complacent.
The fourth quarter was absolute agony for all concerned!
In the end, we won by one point!
The emotion felt by players and spectators alike was significant. There were many tears shed inside (and later outside) the stadium.
As the mum of a player, I congratulate the dedication, hard work and focus of these amazing young people.
I relished the hug Bridie and I shared after the game.
I admire her so much.

Rest day
Everyone says a visit to the British Museum is a must, so there was no excuse on a rest day when we live 2 minutes walk away. Here's Mary and Jane being 'kulchered'.
A Night Out to "Les Miserables"
Hi all,
......well the troops humoured me and came along to watch the live production of Les Mis in West End.
We all loved the show!
It was also a welcome distraction from the excitement and anticipation we are all feeling about tomorrows game!
We are heading off early in the am to get good seats.
Whilst Abby and Steve are both from the USA, they wholeheartedly agree Gliders need to "kick their butts" . The game is 1pm, London time.
