Today, a surprise visit from the Paralympian spurred an impromptu picnic at Russell Square Park (hence the potentially-disrespectful sitting on flags and spilling liquids on them).
We enjoyed such fine cuisine as sakatas, tzatziki and olives; Mum's favourite and most exotic dish.
The amazing weather was somewhat symbolic of our elevated moods.
Pat told a funny joke, and Rose took a re-enactment shot so we could all remember it forever.
We think we gave Bridie a fun afternoon of relaxation...
